Privacy Policy
Fong Shui Labs LLC
Effective date: May 28, 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Fong Shui Labs LLC ("Fong Shui Labs," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with our website located at fongshuilabs.com (the "Site").
The Site is an informational and marketing website about our company and our products. The Site itself is not a product, does not require an account, and does not process payments. We have designed the Site to collect as little personal information as is reasonably practical.
Important - our products have their own privacy policies. The Baby Ledger AI application, the GLP1cost.org website, and any other product we offer are governed by their own separate privacy policies and terms, not by this policy. If you use one of our products, please review that product's privacy policy. See Section 7 (Links to Other Sites and Our Products) below.
By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Site.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only the following categories of information through the Site:
a. Information you give us directly (contact form and email). If you contact us through a form on the Site or by emailing an address listed on the Site, we collect the information you choose to provide - typically your name, your email address, and the contents of your message. You decide what to include in your message. Please do not send us sensitive personal information through the Site.
b. Information collected automatically (analytics). Like most websites, we use analytics to understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it. Our analytics provider (Vercel Analytics) may collect standard technical information such as your device and browser type, general (city- or region-level) location inferred from your IP address, pages viewed, referring website, and the dates and times of your visits. This information is used in aggregate to measure Site traffic and performance.
We do not collect health information, children's information, financial-account information, government-identifier information, or precise geolocation through the Site. Information of those kinds, where any of our products collect it, is handled under that product's own privacy policy, not this one.
3. How We Use Information
We use the limited information described above only to:
- respond to your inquiries and communicate with you about your message;
- operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
- understand Site traffic and usage trends in aggregate; and
- comply with applicable law and enforce our Terms of Use.
We do not use the information collected through the Site to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done so, and this policy does not authorize us to do so.
We share the limited information described above only:
- with service providers who help us operate the Site (for example, our website host and our analytics provider), who are permitted to use the information only to perform services for us;
- to comply with law or a valid legal request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Fong Shui Labs, our users, or the public; and
- in connection with a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will require the recipient to honor this Privacy Policy or provide notice of any change.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Site may use cookies and similar technologies, primarily for basic functionality and for the analytics described in Section 2. Cookies are small files stored on your device. You can usually control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them, although some features of the Site may not function properly if you do. Where required by applicable law, we will request your consent before placing non-essential cookies.
We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, because there is no common industry standard for how to interpret them. Where applicable law recognizes an opt-out preference signal (such as the Global Privacy Control), we will treat it as a valid request to the extent the law requires.
6. Data Security and Retention
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the limited information we collect through the Site, consistent with the nature of that information. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain contact-form and email information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and to maintain our business records, and we retain analytics information in accordance with our analytics provider's standard retention practices.
7. Links to Other Sites and Our Products
The Site may contain links to other websites and to our products, including the Baby Ledger AI application (available through the Apple App Store and at babyledgerai.com), the GLP1cost.org website, and any other products we may offer.
Those products and third-party websites are governed by their own privacy policies and terms, not by this Privacy Policy. In particular, the Baby Ledger AI application collects and processes data of a kind that the Site does not, and its data practices are described in the separate Baby Ledger AI privacy policy. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of the Apple App Store or any other third-party platform. Please review the applicable privacy policy before using any product or third-party website.
8. Children's Privacy
The Site is a general-audience informational website and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site. (Data practices for any product directed to or used by families are addressed in that product's own privacy policy.) If you believe a child has provided us personal information through the Site, please contact us at support@fongshuilabs.com and we will take appropriate steps.
9. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Regardless of where you live, you may contact us at support@fongshuilabs.com to ask us to access, correct, or delete the contact information you have provided to us through the Site, and we will honor reasonable requests consistent with applicable law.
California residents. Fong Shui Labs does not currently meet the thresholds that make a business subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (the "CCPA/CPRA") - that is, we do not have the annual gross revenue, do not buy, sell, or share the personal information of the number of consumers, and do not derive the share of revenue from selling or sharing personal information, that would trigger the statute. See California Civil Code section 1798.140. We nonetheless honor the core choices described in this policy as a matter of practice: we do not sell or share your personal information, and you may contact us to access, correct, or delete the information you have provided. If our practices change such that the CCPA/CPRA applies to us, we will update this policy accordingly.
EU/UK and other non-U.S. visitors. The Site is intended for a United States audience. We do not target our Site to, offer goods or services to, or monitor the behavior of, individuals in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, and we do not believe the EU General Data Protection Regulation or the UK GDPR applies to the Site. See GDPR Article 3 (territorial scope). If you nevertheless contact us from outside the United States, you understand that the limited information you provide will be processed in the United States.
We will not over-state rights that the law does not give you, and we will not under-state rights that it does. If you believe you are entitled to a right under a privacy law and we have not honored it, contact us and we will review the request in good faith.
10. New York Residents
Fong Shui Labs is organized in New York. If we hold private information of New York residents, we maintain reasonable safeguards to protect it and will provide breach notification as required by the New York SHIELD Act (New York General Business Law sections 899-aa and 899-bb).
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" above and post the updated policy on this page. Material changes will be identified as such. Your continued use of the Site after an update becomes effective constitutes your acknowledgment of the revised policy.
